What's in my cup?
Today, it's Columbian Premium Huila Valencia. I roasted the beans for 5 minutes, producing a full city roast that was quite enjoyable this morning.
It's the first time in quite a while that I've departed from Costa Rican coffee. But now that I'm only brewing enough coffee for 2 days at a time, I can increase the variety.
Other coffees in my green bean collection now include:
- Costa Rican BCT Select Dota
- Mexican Malinal Washed, and
- Honduran Finca Las Canas
