Workout Update

Last November, I began meeting a friend named Derek at the gym at 5:30. Now, in my 5th month, I'm still going strong. Actually, I've moved to a new phase...free weights. Just this week, we've left the machines and headed over to the barbells and dumbells. Wow! What a difference. We've also developed a 4-week circuit so that we have some variety in our routine. I'm enjoying that. I've also enjoyed the comments I've received from people who haven't seen me for some time. It's nice to know that change is happening.
