Today, we're interviewing the third finalist for our Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries position. Then we'll have a decision to make.
The good news is that I genuinely believe all three candidates could fit our team well. I also think all three could do a great job.
So, how do you decide between three great candidates?
Prayer. God has his candidate prepared. All we have to do is discern His direction. As we seek His face in prayer, He will make that person clear.
So keep praying!
