One of the things I vacationed from was my 5 am workouts. Making it worse, I also vacationed from exercise (unless you call jumping waves exercise).
Last week, I eased my way back into exercise. I stopped by the gym for a stroll on the treadmill on my way home. Nothing too hard, but better than doing nothing. I also stepped on the scale... YIKES!
Yesterday, Derek and I got back on the 5 am routine. It wasn't easy, but we made it. I don't like it, but I enjoy the company of my friend, Derek.
Now if we can just get that scale tipping back in the right direction...
