Working Out - Day 2

My alarm woke me this morning at 5:30 am. Memories of how much better I felt last evening prompted me to get out of bed. Surprisingly, I wasn't too sore.

I didn't even try my car this morning (it's going to the garage today for a new starter), but took the van instead. I arrived at about 5:45 and worked the treadmill for 20 minutes.

After that, it was time for a new experience...the stair machine. Wow! Now I can walk for 20 minutes without going anywhere, and climb steps for 5 minutes without changing elevation.

Since we worked arms yesterday, Derek and I went to the ab machines today. Not too bad...yet.

All in all, this is a good experience. My attitude is being adjusted through positive experiences. I'm hopeful.
