Family Devotions Update

The fight for family worship has been going well. More often than not, we are eating dinner with enough time left to spend some time reading the Bible and praying together.

We are using a devotional guide that is geared towards kids. It includes a verse of Scripture verse, a paragraph or two of application, and at "Kid's Tip" idea. Here's our routine:

• The boys take turn reading the Scripture verse.
• I read the application paragraph(s).
• The boys take turns reading the "Kid's Tip".
• We have a brief (1-2 minute) discussion about the "Tip".
• We each share one prayer request, we select a missionary to pray for, and then pray for the person next to us.

It's really been enjoyable and has led to some interesting discussions. Keep praying for us.
