A New Experience

This past Sunday, my congregation blessed me with a gift certificate to Greencastle Coffee Roasters. It was an incredibly thoughtful and generous way to celebrate Pastor's Appreciation Month! So today, I made a little trip.

After browsing through my options, I decided to expand my coffee horizons by purchasing some Kona. And, much to my surprise, the owner was willing to sell me unroasted beans at a 25% discount!

So, I now have 1 lb. of Kona Coffee in my library. I roasted a batch this evening. And I can't wait to taste it in the morning.
