Today's an exciting day.
We are interviewing two strong candidates for our Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries position. Both have a experience in both fields. Both are fun to be around. Both could do the job.
Next Saturday, we are interviewing another very strong candidate with experience in both fields, who is fun to be around and can do the job.
This week, we received a resume from a very experienced candidate who I know quite well. And in the past 12 hours, I've received two inquiries.
That may seem stressful. But not to me. I see it as a opportunity to get to know some great people and to listen for what God is telling us.
He has the perfect person for us. All we need to do is be open to His leading.
