Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries

Over the past several weeks, we've made good progress in identifying our next staff member. Here's a summary:

• Our advertisement has been viewed by approximately 800 people. From those, we have received 11 resumes.
• On Monday, the Administrative Board approved the finalized job description.
• Last night, we identified 4 candidates that we'd like to begin dialogue with.
• This Sunday, I'm meeting with the Youth Ministry Staff to plan for the Fall season.

Keep praying. God has the perfect candidate for us. I'm really looking forward to meeting this person.
