New Read

To kick off the year, my reading is going to center on vision.

I've come to the conclusion that one of the differences between a manager and a leader is the ability to craft and communicate a story of where we're going to be. Although I see it in my mind, I'm not sure I do a very good job of sharing that picture with others.

I'm beginning with a book by Bill Hybels, called "Holy Discontent". On deck are a couple of books by Andy Stanley. You can keep track of what I'm reading, and what I've read last on my sidebar.
