- The Christmas season is a busy one, so giving people choices for including worship in their schedule is something we want to maintain.
- Asking the choir to perform a musical twice on one morning is physically taxing.
- Limiting the musical to Sunday morning prevents a number of people from attending, due to responsibilities at work and other churches.
The solution we have chosen is to schedule two identical services on two different days; Saturday, December 22nd at 6:30 pm and Sunday, December 23rd at 9:30. There will be no Sunday School on Sunday, December 23rd.
Doing this maintains the ability to choose the service that fits people's schedule best. It allows those participating a night's rest between performances. And it opens the door for people who might not otherwise be able to attend.
By the way, we're holding two Christmas Eve services again this year at 5:00 and 7:00 pm.
