It's been a long time since I've updated you on my exercise plan. So I thought I'd bring you up to date.
During my two weeks of vacation a couple things happened to complicate my workouts. First, I didn't work out at all for the two weeks. That means that I've lost some ground that I must now make up. Second, I got used to sleeping in. That means getting up at 5:10 has been more difficult than ever.
But, I'm back at it. Admittedly, I stood Derek up many times in the past couple of weeks. But I didn't skip. I went in the afternoon. And, as an additional incentive, I made myself to cardio each afternoon. This week, I made it every morning, and even beat Derek to the gym a couple times.
So, I think I'm back in the groove. That means tomorrow I get to reward myself with a sauna!
