- Sleep in until 6:30-7:00.
- See Janet and the kids off to school.
- Go to the gym for cardio and abs.
- TAKE A SAUNA!
- Shower and relax to cool down.
- Go home
- Make a cup of coffee and a bowl of Cheerios.
- Watch the last 1/2 hour of Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN2.
To me, it's the perfect way to begin a day off!
