Working Out - Day 5

My first week of exercise at the Health Club is over. I'm taking Saturday and Sunday off. All things considered, I thought the week went well. Here's a list of things I learned:
  • It's possible to walk for an hour without going anywhere.
  • Getting up at 5:30 isn't as bad as I thought.
  • Doing something different every day is much more enjoyable than doing the same thing every day.
  • Having a friend to encourage and motivate is a huge help.
  • Exercising make me feel better.

Well, there's a summary of week 1. It surprises me that I'm looking forward to Monday. My thanks go out to Derek, Dave Caldwell and my wife, Janet for their constant encouragement. I'll update you on my progress as the weeks go by.
