Working Out - Day 4

This morning, I woke before my alarm. I'm really quite surprised.

Last night, I got to bed later than usual. As I set the alarm, I wondered how hard it would be to drag myself out of bed. But it wasn't a problem.

I even beat Derek to the gym. It felt good to be waiting on him for a change.

After 10 minutes on the treadmill, we worked on triceps and back.

Week 1 is almost done. Tomorrow is cardio day. I'm taking the weekend off.

All in all, this has been a great week. I feel better than I have in a while, and that's a great motivator.
