Wise Guys

When I was a kid, I often heard this expression..."What are you, some sort of wise guy?"

You see ornery and I were close friends. I guess we still are, it's just that I try to keep him suppressed more often these days.

Used in another setting (The Sopranos), "wise guy" means something completely different.
