VBS Week

It's VBS week. That means a week of fun for kids, and exhaustion for those who run the program. But this year is different. We're trying a new approach, using a sports camp as a vehicle for sharing the gospel. Our children's director came up with the idea, and it is fantastic.

I'm sure the program is only part of the reason the week is going so well. The greater part is the top-notch staff we have running the camp. Every staff member I have seen is both enthusiastic and prepared. I applaud all of you for your committment to ministering to kids through the vehicle of VBS.

Tonight is "Decision Night". Each of the coaches will be sharing their faith story. And I will be giving kids opportunity to receive Christ as their Savior. We'll appreciate your prayer.
